Animatic Storyboard Part 1-first 30sec

This is done from the storyboard drawings. All the designs can be changed, so when I have your concept wroks I will replace them. (by replacing inputs on After effect,so simple:)

If you want to make further changes to the camera move, lighting or the whole openning idea please reply to this post to let me know.

A more developed camera movement and lighting will be done next week. I'm planing to do the flythrough on Maya, so it's easier for me to test different angles of shooting.

Late Videos are late

Hi team. Here are some video links from films to feature funfairs which we can use for our benefit:

"Big Fish" - 2003

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=o3b6AR3HeMA&feature=related
http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=eKDysgCxUuQ&feature=related

You might want to skip to the second half of the first link and just pay attention to the first half of the second. These are scenes showing events and reactions from a funfair, this should improve our history and environment of the fair at action.

"Sesame Street Presents: Follow that Bird" - 1985

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=7Jw8P4U74SQ&feature=related
http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=TE2ax0-4Yg4&feature=related

The first link is 2/5 length in showing a run-downed funfair. The second link is over half-way throughout the video. While it might be small it gives us a map setting and overlook of the fair itself.

"Cars" - 2006.

This isn't funfair related, but a source for inspirational for a scene of our story. This is representation of the funfair powering up "all suddenly" and the shock and awe of the change of area. While the video does not contain it the scene from "cars" also shows the lights dimming down near the end.

I hope these videos have helped the mind... maybe... no... yes?

23/10 Team Meeting

Hi guys,

So today we have all agreed on what Jared said about working as a team, we are going to do just ONE storyboard(which can be changed throughout the production,so don't worry). Three of us gonna take different jobs to achieve the most efficient production process. In this case, communication is VERY very important. So please please try to keep up on the blog and msn.

I'm gonna put up another post soon to sepeart our jobs and schedule etc.

Thanks
Mli
